Pay by ACH & Save

Alamo Equipment ACH and Save covered wagon badge

Pay from your bank account instead of a card, and we'll knock money off your total. Simple as that.

Alamo sells heavy equipment. Lifts, air compressors, lubrication systems, A/C machines. These aren't twenty-dollar orders, and on a purchase that size the difference between paying by card and paying by bank transfer adds up to real money. We'd rather that money stay in your pocket than go to a payment processor.

The Short Version

  • Call us before you order and ask for your ACH price.
  • We'll quote you a number, invoice you, and send bank instructions.
  • You send the transfer. We ship the equipment.
  • Free shipping still applies. The ACH savings come off on top of it.

Where the Savings Actually Come From

No mystery here. When a customer runs a card, the processor takes a cut of the transaction before we ever see it. That's a normal cost of doing business on small orders, and we don't blink at it.

But on a twelve-thousand-pound two-post lift or a rotary screw compressor package, that percentage turns into a number worth talking about. An ACH transfer moves money bank-to-bank and costs a fraction of what card processing runs on an order that size. That gap is what we hand back to you.

We could pocket the difference. We'd rather use it to sharpen the price and earn the next order from you too.

What This Looks Like on Your Order

The discount scales with the size of the purchase, which is why we quote it per order rather than posting a flat percentage. A small parts order won't move the needle much. A full shop package will.

Give us a call with the equipment you're looking at and we'll tell you the ACH number on the spot. No pressure, no obligation, and no need to have your account set up first — we're happy to price it out so you can decide.

ACH and Save

Step by Step

Step 1 — Tell us what you need. Call in with the equipment on your list. We'll confirm what's in stock, work out freight and installation if that's part of it, and give you the ACH total.

Step 2 — We send the paperwork. You'll get an invoice from us with our bank details and a reference number tied to your order. We hand these over directly rather than publishing them, which protects both of us.

Step 3 — Send it from your bank. Online banking, a phone call to your branch, or in person. Whatever's easiest. Just include the reference number so it lands against the right order.

Step 4 — We get it rolling. Payment clears, we release the order, and you get tracking. If we're installing, our team coordinates the schedule with you from there.

ACH & Save FAQs

Depends on the order. Call and we'll price it out for you before you commit to anything.

ACH is the same network that handles payroll direct deposit for most of the country. It's routine. We send our bank details directly to you on the invoice, never posted on a website, and we're glad to confirm them over the phone if you want a second check before you send.

Usually one to three business days. We'll let you know the moment it hits and move your order forward.

No. Free shipping on qualifying orders works the same either way. ACH savings stack on top.

Then use a card. Standard pricing, checkout as normal, no hard feelings. ACH is an option, not a requirement.

Tell us the timeline when you call. ACH takes a few days to clear, so if you're up against a hard deadline we'll be straight with you about whether it makes sense or whether a card is the better move.

Yes, and that's most of who uses it. Shops, fleet operations, dealerships. If your accounting department already pays vendors by ACH, this fits right into how they work.
