Shipping policy

Shipment Processing Time:  All orders are processed within [2–3] business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm CST, through Sunday or holidays. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Customers will be notified via email or phone in the event of significant delays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping is FREE to the 48 contiguous United States.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to addresses within the continental US. Currently, we do not ship outside the continental US, including to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:  Customers will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with their tracking number once their order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility, including tariffs, taxes, and other costs.

Damages: We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier and save all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery: We make every attempt to validate shipping addresses provided at checkout. If an address cannot be validated, we will attempt to contact the customer for an updated address. Failure to provide a valid address may result in order cancellation and refund. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Missing or Stolen Shipments: If you believe your shipment is missing or stolen after the shipping carrier has marked it as delivered, please contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and involve local law enforcement if necessary. Replacement or refund of the order will be provided upon completion of the investigation, which may take up to 21 days.
