Shipping policy
Shipment processing time
Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days after receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday at 12:00 p.m. Central through Sunday or on holidays. High order volume, supplier lead times, or freight coordination may extend processing time. We will contact you if a significant delay affects your order.
Shipping is determined by the item
The shipping method shown on the product page and at checkout controls. Depending on the item, an order may use standard parcel shipping, calculated LTL freight, a freight quote, freight included in the item price, or warehouse pickup.
Standard parcel shipping
- Under $50: $9.95
- $50 through $99.99: $14.95
- $100 and up: free standard shipping on qualifying parcel-eligible items
The $100 free-shipping tier does not apply to LTL freight, oversized or irregular items, quote-required products, pickup-only products, or products with another shipping method shown on the listing or at checkout.
Calculated LTL freight
Eligible equipment and oversized products display available freight methods and prices at checkout. Options may include carrier-terminal pickup, business delivery where the receiver unloads, residential delivery where the receiver unloads, and free manufacturer warehouse pickup. A free pickup option is not free delivery. Liftgate, installation, site preparation, inside delivery, and unloading are not included unless expressly stated. Alamo confirms shipment details before carrier booking and may contact you if fulfillment information requires correction.
Freight quote required
If a product page says Request a Freight Quote, shipping is not included in the listed item price and the standard parcel tiers do not apply. Submit the product, quantity, destination, and delivery details so Alamo can confirm the freight method and price before payment or shipment.
Freight included or free shipping
Free shipping or freight-included treatment applies only when the individual product listing expressly says so. It does not extend to other products in the cart.
Warehouse pickup
Where offered, free manufacturer warehouse pickup requires confirmation of the pickup location, hours, order readiness, loading requirements, and authorized pickup person. Do not travel to a warehouse until Alamo confirms the pickup.
Delivery area
Online shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Contact Alamo for destinations or delivery requirements not supported at checkout.
Tracking, damage, and address accuracy
Tracking or freight documents are provided when available. Inspect freight before signing the delivery receipt, note visible damage or shortages on the carrier paperwork, photograph the shipment, and retain all packaging. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for being ready to receive and unload the shipment as stated for the selected method.
