The Challenger 44018 is Alamo's answer: an 18,000 lb capacity four-post lift built for exactly that job. Its standard-length configuration accommodates vehicles with wheelbases up to 194 inches, and adjustable runways (36-54 in spacing) handle a wide range of medium-sized transit vehicles. Diamond-plate approach ramps provide positive traction, and the built-in runway rail system lets you add convenience options like rolling jacks and an oil drain pan (sold separately).

The 44018 raises on a proven cable-drive design with a single-point mechanical lock release for simple, reliable operation. Available with black columns. This is the standard-length version of the 44018 family — see the 44018E for the extended-length variant.

What the 44018 Is NOT Built For

• You need ALI certification specifically for compliance or insurance documentation -- see the ALI-certified 4018XFX in the same 18K class instead.
• Your heaviest vehicle runs a wheelbase longer than 194" -- step up to the 44018E.
• You need front turntable cutouts for alignment work -- that's the 44018AR, a different deck configuration.
• You only need a light-duty home-garage lift -- the 7,000 lb CL4P7 costs less to buy and run.
• Your bay can't clear a 102.5" overall height plus the vehicle -- confirm ceiling clearance before you order.
