DESCRIPTION
The FS-Curtis DLM40 Heatless Lo- Flow Desiccant Air Dryer is designed to deliver dependable, ultra-dry compressed air for low-flow industrial applications where moisture control is critical. Engineered for consistent performance, the DLM40 uses proven heatless desiccant drying technology to provide stable, low-dew-point air that helps protect tools, equipment, and downstream processes. Its compact design and reliable operation make it ideal for point-of-use drying, laboratory environments, instrumentation air, and small compressed air systems that require high air quality and efficient moisture removal.
All models include filter package: Oil Coalescing Prefilter (CF5-20-4-DPL) and Particulate Afterfilter (CF7-20-4-PL)

The DLM desiccant air dryers protect air systems exposed to temperatures below freezing. The fully enclosed wall-mounted package delivers dew points of ISO 8573.1 Class 1 and Class 2 with flow rates of 7 to 50 SCFM. Applications including labs, hospitals, and high tech installations all benefit from the clean, dry air, improved productivity, and more floor space provided by DLW series.
