No. This coupler is built specifically for R134A systems. The R1234YF Ecolock coupler is a separate, non-interchangeable part — make sure you order the version that matches your system's refrigerant.

Do I need the red coupler too?

If you're replacing a full R134A coupler set, yes — this blue unit is the low-side half only. The red high-side coupler is sold separately.
