PURPOSE: To define 4FRONT’s limited U.S. & Canadian warranty as it applies to HVLS Fan
products and their controls.
WARRANTY COVERAGE: THIS LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY (“Limited Warranty”) IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY MADE BY 4FRONT SOLUTIONS, LLC (“4FRONT”) IN CONNECTION WITH THE HVLS FAN (“Product”). OTHER THAN THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN, 4FRONT MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF THE HVLS FAN AND CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED.
4FRONT expressly warrants to the original purchaser of the Product (“Owner”) for a period of one (1) year from the date that is either:
1. Sixty (60) days after the initial date of shipment by 4FRONT to the Product Owner, OR
2. The date of installation of the Product by the Owner, whichever occurs first
(“Trigger Date”),
that the product will be reasonably free of defects in materials and workmanship. This Limited Warranty only applies to 4Front’s Products, which are used, stored, handled, installed, and operated in the manner set forth in the User Manual (“Warranty Period”).
If the Product, as determined solely by 4FRONT, does not perform as warranted solely due to a manufacturing defect within the Warranty Period, subject to the exclusions set forth in this Limited Warranty, and if properly notified by the Owner, 4FRONT will, at its option, either:
1. Replace the Product, or the eficient portion(s) thereof, without charge to the owner (to include all parts and labor) (“Replace”);
2. Alter or repair the Product, on site or elsewhere, without charge to the owner (“Repair”); OR
3. Return the Product and refund the purchase price.
Replace or Repair during the Warranty Period includes reasonable labor charges necessary to repair or replace the defective product with the style, model, and/or color of the Product that is available at the time of the repair or replacement and is limited to the repair or replacement of only the specific Product that fails due to a manufacturing defect. Any repaired or replaced Product shall also remain subject to the original Warranty Period from the original Trigger Date as set forth above, and any repair or replacement shall not extend the original Warranty Period in any manner or start a new warranty period.

Do you have clear anodized blades available instead of the standard black anodized blades?
Yes we do have clear anodized blades available at no additional cost.
Does the Colossus have the ability to shut down the with the buidling fire system?
Each Colossus fan that ships has the connection points to shut down with the building fire system.
What type of controller ships with the Colossus fan?
Each Colossus fan ships with an individual HMI touch screen and 100′ of CAT 5 cable but we do have several other multi fan options available.
Can the Colossus fan be integrated into the building management system?
Yes the Colossus fan has several options to integrate into the building management system.
Is the VFD mounted on fan frame or outside of the blade radius?
The VFD panel mounts outside the blade radius and can connect with the 25′ of motor cable which is pre wired to the motor.
