• Shops that need 10,000 lb of inground capacity in a flush-mount footprint — 72" rise height and 87" drive-thru clearance, confirmed across two independent dealer listings, with no above-floor lift body eating into bay space.
• Shops replacing an aging inground lift with the same install scope — the EH10 fits the same pit/cassette footprint most shops already have from a prior inground lift, so the excavation work you've already budgeted for still applies.
• Techs who want on-lift controls, not a bench-mounted console — the standard EH10 keeps the control valve on the lift body itself; a Bench-Mount Controls version (EH10-BMC) is available if you'd rather run it from a fixed station instead.
