Challenger SRM10-MPU 10,000 lb Short-Rise Lift
The Challenger SRM10-MPU combines the SRM10's 10,000 lb short-rise lift platform with a movable 115V hydraulic power-unit stand. The lift is designed for brake, tire and quick-service work while allowing the power unit to be repositioned instead of remaining permanently mounted at one location.
The mobile stand uses wheels, a long hydraulic hose and quick-disconnect couplings. Challenger's supplement instructs the operator to fully lower the lift before disconnecting the hydraulic couplings and provides hose storage on the stand when the unit is not in use.
Who the SRM10-MPU Is Built For
- Quick-service bays performing brake and tire work
- Shops that prefer a movable power-unit control station
- Passenger cars, SUVs and light trucks within the 10,000 lb capacity
- Facilities that require an ALI-certified short-rise lift configuration
- 115V service bays that do not need the SRM10-220 power configuration
What to Check Before Ordering
- Confirm vehicle weight stays within the 10,000 lb rating
- Allow clear working space for both the lift and movable power-unit stand
- Verify the dedicated 115V / 20A circuit specified by Challenger
- Confirm concrete meets the current SRM10 installation requirements
What Makes the SRM10-MPU Different
Movable Power Unit
The wheeled power-unit stand allows the power unit and controls to be moved within the working area rather than being fixed to a stationary stand or wall.
Hydraulic Quick Disconnects
The mobile power-unit kit uses male and female hydraulic quick-disconnect couplings. Challenger instructs operators to fully lower the lift before disconnecting them.
Long Hydraulic Hose
The mobile system uses a longer power-unit hydraulic hose so the control unit can be positioned away from the lift while maintaining the hydraulic connection.
ALI / ETL Certified Configuration
The SRM10-MPU is listed as an ALI/ETL certified configuration, unlike the SRM10-220.
10,000 lb Short-Rise Platform
The lift reaches 22" above the floor while providing access for brake, tire and quick-service work on vehicles within its rated capacity.
