The EW12-UC-QC bundles the above-ground portion of a Challenger EW12 12K Wide inground lift (12,000 lb capacity): power unit with quickcycle™ increasing rise/descent speed, hardware, superstructure.
This kit requires the buried tub, frame, and cylinder assembly to already be in place — either from a prior tub-and-frame (LS-2) installation or an existing lift getting its upper end replaced.
