The VacFill3 is Flo-Dynamics' vacuum-and-fill coolant service machine: it pulls a vacuum on the vehicle's cooling system through the radiator opening, draws out the old coolant and trapped air, then refills the system with fresh coolant under vacuum — a complete service in about five minutes, powered entirely by shop air. The universal cone adapter connects directly to the radiator opening; when the old fluid stops coming out, switch to the desired new-fluid tank and the vacuum fills the system to the top automatically.
It's built for professional repair facilities that do coolant service all day: two separate 7-gallon new-fluid tanks so two coolant types stay on board, an 8-gallon waste tank for recovery, large easy-to-read gauges with a vacuum gauge for monitoring the process, recessed storage for the adapters, and a compact footprint that moves around the shop on 10-inch rear wheels with locking front casters.

Compatibility & Fitment
The VacFill3 connects at the radiator opening using the included universal cone adapter — remove the radiator cap, insert the adapter, and start the suction process. The included wand adapter extracts coolant from reservoirs and other accessible areas, and the hose clamps support controlled service operation. Because the system refills under vacuum, trapped air is drawn out of the cooling system rather than left in it — which is what makes the refill clean and complete.
The machine services a wide range of vehicles whose cooling systems can be accessed through the radiator opening or reservoir. It runs on a 115 psi shop-air supply with no electrical hookup, so confirm your compressed-air supply before ordering.
Warranty
Flo-Dynamics backs the VacFill3 with a limited one (1) year warranty to the original purchaser: under normal use, care and service, the equipment is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of original invoice, with repair or replacement at Flo-Dynamics' option.
