  FS-Curtis Filtration Package Maintenance Kit for DLX90 & DLS90

  This maintenance kit is designed specifically for FS-Curtis DLX90 and DLS90 refrigerated dryers and supports extended warranty coverage when serviced according to factory requirements.

  Extended Warranty Qualification

  To qualify for an extended warranty, the dryer must be equipped with filter package 1/A–4/D, using either mounted or loose filtration.

  • Year 1 of service: Full Factory Warranty
  • Year 2 of service: Purchase the Year 2 maintenance kit and get one additional year of coverage. Includes standard consumable maintenance items such as filter elements, filter drains, and muffler cores.
  • Year 3 of service: Purchase the Year 3 maintenance kit, complete with valve rebuild kit, and get one additional year. Parts and labor on major components.
  • Year 4 of service: Purchase the Year 4 maintenance kit, complete with desiccant test kit, and get one additional year. Parts and labor on major components.
  • Year 5 of service: Purchase the Year 5 maintenance kit, complete with a full charge of replacement desiccant, and get one additional year. Parts and labor on major components.

  Package Options

  • Package A: Designed for standard operating conditions and lower to mid-range airflow systems.
  • Package B: Recommended for higher airflow systems or applications requiring increased filtration capacity and longer maintenance intervals.
