Graco Power Shot Booster Gun, Manual Bulk Grease, 10,000 psi #203697
The Graco #203697 Power Shot is a portable manual booster grease gun for high-pressure lubrication from bulk grease supplies — the gun for dispensing points that need more pressure than the supply pump alone delivers.
The bulk loader valve lets the gun be filled from a compatible bulk container pump (Graco's manual specifies hand-powered lubricant supply pumps for manual filling), and the booster action then delivers grease at working pressures up to 10,000 psi. A rigid extension is included for reaching fittings on vehicles and equipment.
Filling & Use
- Bulk filling: connect the gun to a compatible lubricant supply pump through the bulk loader connection and fill it according to Graco's loading procedure — Graco specifies hand-powered pumps for the manual filling procedure
- Before booster dispensing: disconnect the supply hose once the gun is charged, then position the coupler on the grease fitting and squeeze and release the handle until the lubrication point has received the required grease
- Always follow the pressure relief and safety instructions in the included manual before cleaning, servicing, or disconnecting the gun
Fitment & Setup
Use only hand-powered pumps to fill this booster gun with lubricant (per the Graco manual) — it is a manual booster, not an air-operated gun. Confirm your bulk loader pump compatibility and fitting access before ordering; call us and we'll match the gun to your bulk grease system.
