Graco Fire-Ball 300 5:1 Oil Pump, 55 Gal Drum, Bung Mount #204254
Graco's Fire-Ball 300 5:1 oil pump is the industry's mainstay lubrication pump, built with fewer moving parts to extend uptime and lower repair costs. A 3 in. differential air motor drives a double-acting piston design for reliable, accurate dispense in high-pressure, medium-volume oil transfer applications like automotive dealerships, fast lube centers, and fleet service shops.
The 204254 is configured for a 55 gal. (400 lb) drum with bung mount - it installs directly through the drum's 2 in. NPT bung opening rather than a full drum cover, which suits shops that already run bung-style drums or want a lower-profile install. Non-metallic poppet valves keep sealing tight even with contaminated shop air, and corrosion-resistant plating on key components extends service life well beyond typical pump designs.

Compatibility & Fitment
Sized for a standard 55 gal. (400 lb) drum with a 2 in. NPT bung opening (not a cover-mount drum - see the 203857 for the cover-mount version of this same pump). 3/8 in. NPT female air inlet requires a regulated shop air line up to 180 psi max. 1-1/2 in. NPT female fluid inlet draws from the drum; 1/2 in. NPT female fluid outlet connects to your dispense hose and valve (ordered separately).
Warranty
Graco backs this equipment with its standard 1-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship from the date of sale.
