Graco Pro-Shot™ Grease Dispense Valve, 3/8 NPT, No Coupler #242057

The Graco #242057 is the 3/8-inch NPT inlet version of the Pro-Shot non-metered grease dispense valve — rated for working pressures up to 8,000 psi and built for heavy-duty lubrication systems.

Like the 1/4-inch #242055, this version ships as the bare valve only — no coupler or nozzle extension — the right configuration when those components are already on hand or chosen separately.

How It Works & Flow Adjustment

• Pulling the trigger opens the valve and starts grease flow from the connected lubrication system; releasing it closes the valve and lets an air-operated grease pump stall against system pressure
• Flow is adjusted at the top of the valve: turn the lower adjustment nut inward for more flow, outward for less, then secure the setting with the locking nut
• Always relieve system pressure before disconnecting, cleaning, or servicing the valve or any connected grease equipment

Fitment & Setup

This is the bare valve configuration — coupler and nozzle extension are not included, so it pairs with dispense hardware already in the system or selected separately. Confirm your inlet size (1/4 in. vs 3/8 in. NPT) and trigger style before ordering. Graco service kit #243446 supplies the internal wear parts for this valve.
