The Graco #242058 is the complete dispense-end configuration of the Pro-Shot non-metered grease valve: a 3/8-inch NPT female inlet valve rated to 8,000 psi, supplied with Graco's standard nozzle extension (#200389) and grease coupler (#200325).

For professional fleet, heavy-equipment, lube-truck, and service-shop grease systems, it's the ready-to-connect version of the valve — a more complete assembly than the bare #242057.

How It Works & Flow Adjustment

• Pulling the trigger opens the valve and starts grease flow from the connected lubrication system; releasing it closes the valve and lets an air-operated grease pump stall against system pressure
• Flow is adjusted at the top of the valve: turn the lower adjustment nut inward for more flow, outward for less, then secure the setting with the locking nut
• Always relieve system pressure before disconnecting, cleaning, or servicing the valve or any connected grease equipment

Fitment & Setup

Confirm your inlet size (3/8 in. NPT), hose thread, and coupler type before ordering — the 1/4-inch versions (#242055, #242056) exist for smaller plumbing. Graco service kit #243446 supplies the internal wear parts for this valve.
