The Graco #25M410 is the high-flow SDM18 for heavy-duty bays, dealerships and fleet shops that fill big engines from the bulk room: flow to 18 gpm while the metering display counts every unit dispensed — pints, quarts, gallons or liters, factory-set to quarts. The rigid extension suits wall, bench and overhead dispense points.
The SDM18 line carries Graco's oil/antifreeze meter designation — the line is rated for oil, ATF, gear oil and antifreeze service. This particular configuration is the high-flow oil version (18 gpm); antifreeze dispense runs on the antifreeze-nozzle models at 8 gpm.
Where It Fits
- Threads onto a standard 1/2 in. NPT bulk oil hose
- The outlet is a 3/4 in–16 straight-thread O-ring boss that accepts SD-series nozzle assemblies — this configuration ships with the high-flow oil nozzle (replacement part 255461)
- Rated for petroleum- and synthetic-based crankcase oil, ATF and gear oils (antifreeze and windshield-wash service are on other SD-series models)

Can it meter oil and coolant?
The SDM18 line is rated for oil, ATF, gear oil and antifreeze service, but this configuration ships with the high-flow oil nozzle at 18 gpm. For antifreeze dispense, Graco's antifreeze-nozzle models (25M405 rigid / 25M407 flexible) run at 8 gpm — call us and we will match the right one to your coolant bulk line.
Is 18 gpm too much meter for a small bay?
The flow range starts at 0.25 gpm — the headroom matters on heavy equipment and high-volume fills, and the meter reads accurately across the range.
How accurate is it?
Graco rates SD-series dispense accuracy at ±0.5% — tested at 2.5 gpm, 70°F, with 10-weight oil and 1 gallon dispensed. Flow rates are tested in 10W motor oil and vary with fluid pressure, temperature and viscosity; the meter can be calibrated to your fluid and pressure.
