The Graco #25M411 is the flexible-extension SDM18 for shops that fill big engines and coolant systems in crowded bays: the spout bends past shrouds, braces and dress covers to reach a fill point tucked low in the engine bay, while the meter counts dispensed fluid in pints, quarts, gallons or liters (factory-set to quarts) at flows to 18 gpm.
Like the rigid 25M410, it is a manual electronic meter — flow at the handle, dispensed total on the high-contrast LCD — and the SDM18 line's oil/antifreeze designation covers oil, ATF, gear oil and antifreeze service. This configuration is the high-flow oil version.
Where It Fits
- Threads onto a standard 1/2 in. NPT bulk oil hose
- The outlet is a 3/4 in–16 straight-thread O-ring boss that accepts SD-series nozzle assemblies — this configuration ships with the high-flow oil nozzle (replacement part 255461)
- Rated for petroleum- and synthetic-based crankcase oil, ATF and gear oils (antifreeze and windshield-wash service are on other SD-series models)
- The flexible extension is replaceable (part 16Y863) per the SD-series repair manual

Does it switch between oil and coolant?
The SDM18 line is rated for oil, ATF, gear oil and antifreeze service, but this configuration ships with the high-flow oil nozzle at 18 gpm. For antifreeze dispense, Graco's antifreeze-nozzle models (25M405 rigid / 25M407 flexible) run at 8 gpm — call us and we will match the right one to your coolant bulk line.
Why flexible over rigid?
If your fill points are recessed or angled — oil fills behind brackets, reservoirs under shrouds — the bendable extension keeps the meter readable without fighting the hose.
How accurate is it?
Graco rates SD-series dispense accuracy at ±0.5% — tested at 2.5 gpm, 70°F, with 10-weight oil and 1 gallon dispensed. Flow rates are tested in 10W motor oil and vary with fluid pressure, temperature and viscosity; the meter can be calibrated to your fluid and pressure.

Fitment & Setup
This configuration is the high-flow oil version (18 gpm). The SDM18 line carries Graco's oil/antifreeze designation and the meter is rated for oil, ATF, gear oil and antifreeze — but antifreeze dispense runs on the antifreeze-nozzle models (25M405 rigid / 25M407 flexible) at 8 gpm. Confirm your inlet size and fluid list before ordering. If your dispense points are all straight-line drops, the rigid 25M410 is the simpler setup.
