Atlas® TTC301 Standard Truck Tire Changer
A fleet or commercial tire shop running standard truck and bus tires needs a changer that can actually clamp and control a wheel that weighs hundreds of pounds — a passenger-grade rim-clamp machine simply can't do that job safely or at all.
The TTC301 is Atlas's standard truck tire changer, built around an electric/hydraulic self-centering four-jaw chuck that clamps 13"–27" rims automatically. It's sized for everyday truck and bus fleet work — tires up to 63" in diameter and 3,300 lbs. — without the extra clamping range and cost of the larger TTC303.
Who the TTC301 Is Built For
- Fleet service centers and commercial tire shops running standard truck, bus, and light-commercial tires day to day
- Shops that outgrew a passenger-tire changer's clamping range and need real capacity for truck and bus wheels
- Operations that want a self-centering four-jaw chuck so techs aren't manually centering every heavy wheel before starting a job
- Shops running mixed steel and alloy truck wheels — the included rim clamps and alloy adapter set cover both without buying separate hardware
- Facilities on single-phase 220V power that don't want the cost of a 3-phase electrical upgrade for standard truck-tire capacity
- Shops that want a wired mobile control unit so the technician can position themselves for the best view of the bead area on large tires
What the TTC301 Is NOT Built For
Shops running oversized truck/bus tires beyond 63" diameter or 27" rims — the TTC303 steps up to 90 1/2" tires and 46" rims (56" with extensions)
What Makes the TTC301 Different
Electric/Hydraulic Self-Centering Four-Jaw Chuck
Clamps 13"–27" rims automatically — no manual centering step slowing down every truck-tire job.
5 Rim Locking Positions
Covers the range of steel and alloy truck/bus wheels a fleet shop actually sees, not just one wheel style.
6,614 lbs. Clamping Power / 4,112 lbs. Bead Breaker Force
Built for tires up to 63" in diameter and 30 1/2" wide — well beyond passenger-tire-changer capability.
Wired Mobile Control Unit
Lets the technician position themselves for the best view of the bead area while operating the machine.
Rim Clamps + Alloy Rim Adapter Set Included
Steel and alloy wheel clamps ship standard, so the machine is ready for a mixed truck/bus fleet on day one.
- Standard truck, bus, and commercial fleet tire service (13"–27" rims, up to 63" tires)
- Shops on single-phase 220V power needing real truck-tire capacity
- Shops running oversized construction, ag-equipment, or OTR tires beyond 63" diameter or 27" rims — the TTC303 steps up to 90 1/2" tires and 46" rims (56" with extensions)
- Shops that only need passenger/light-truck capacity — see the TTC221/TTC229 instead at a much lower price
