Atlas ACL XLT — 1,000 lb. Motorcycle Lift with Roller Plate & Side Extension Kit
A standard-width motorcycle lift works fine for most bikes — until an ATV, UTV, or golf cart rolls in and the table simply is not wide enough.
The Atlas ACL XLT solves that by pairing the standard ACL’s removable roller plate (built for fast wheel-off service) with a side extension kit already installed, giving you a 48" wide table without bolting anything on yourself.
Who the ACL XLT Is Built For
- Motorcycle shops running frequent wheel-off service, where the removable roller plate speeds up tire changes and wheel service
- Shops that also service ATVs, UTVs, golf carts, and lawnmowers and need the 48" extended table width the side extension kit provides
- Bays wanting the stabilizing bar included standard — many competing lifts sell that as a separate accessory
- Shops with an existing compressed air line who want a foot-pedal air-operated lift instead of hand-crank or electric
- Service writers moving multiple bikes and ATVs through one bay per day who need a wheeled dolly to reposition the lift quickly
What the ACL XLT Is NOT Built For
- ❌ Shops without a compressed air line — the ACL XLT is air-operated only
- ❌ Vehicles or loads over 1,000 lbs — see the HI-RISE 1500 for heavier touring bikes and ATVs

What Makes the ACL XLT Different
Removable Roller Plate for Fast Wheel-Off Service
The ACL XLT’s removable roller plate can be swapped for a dyno-roller plate, making wheel-off tire changes and dyno testing faster than a fixed-table design.
Side Extension Kit Installed Standard
The side extension kit — two 12" side extensions, two 12" ramp extensions, and a wheeled dolly — ships already installed, extending the table to a full 48" width for ATVs, UTVs, golf carts, and lawnmowers.
Stabilizing Bar Included Standard
The stabilizing bar increases the lift’s footprint for greater stability under a raised load — a feature many competing lifts leave out of their base package.
Air-Operated Means No Electrical Install
Runs on 90–100 PSI shop air with a foot-pedal control and no electric motor, breaker, or wiring to schedule.
- ✅ Motorcycle shops running frequent wheel-off service with the removable roller plate
- ✅ Shops also servicing ATVs, UTVs, golf carts, and lawnmowers needing the 48" extended table
- ✅ Bays with an existing compressed air supply for pneumatic foot-pedal operation
- ❌ Shops without a compressed air line — the ACL XLT is air-operated only
- ❌ Vehicles or loads over 1,000 lbs
