Motorcycle Lifts
Motorcycle lifts and scissor tables for professional motorcycle and powersport service — hydraulic scissor lifts sized specifically for motorcycle work, ATV lifts, and powersport service tables with wheel chocks and tie-down points. This collection covers motorcycle-specific lift configurations from Atlas and APlusLift. Motorcycle service requires lift heights, platform sizes, and tie-down systems different from automotive lifts. Alamo Equipment is an authorized dealer with parts availability and shipping support nationwide.
Motorcycle Lifts FAQs
A motorcycle lift raises a bike to working height on a table, so service can be done standing rather than kneeling. Table lifts also secure the machine, which matters because a motorcycle has no stable footprint of its own.
Motorcycle and powersport lift tables from Tuxedo, APlusLift, Atlas, and AMGO in widths from around 24 inches up to 72 inches, in capacities in the 1,200 to 1,500 lb range, in both air-operated and manual configurations.
Narrow tables around 24 inches suit motorcycles only. Wider tables at 48 inches and above accommodate ATVs, side-by-sides, and trikes. If you service anything beyond two-wheel machines, the wider table is worth the extra floor space.
Match rated capacity to the heaviest machine you service, with margin. Touring bikes and larger powersport machines run heavier than many people estimate, so confirm the actual weight of your heaviest regular machine rather than assuming. Alamo can help size a table against your service mix.
Air-operated models do, and need adequate volume as well as pressure. Manual and hydraulic models do not. Confirm the operating method on the specific model against what your shop can supply.
A front wheel vise or chock to hold the bike upright, tie-down provisions, and a drop-out panel or removable section for rear wheel access on some jobs. Confirm what is included with the specific table, since accessory content varies.
It depends on the model. Some are freestanding and some specify anchoring. Follow the manufacturer's installation instructions rather than assuming a table can be used freestanding because it appears stable.
Lift tables ship by LTL freight. Confirm you have the means to offload and move the crated table, and inspect for freight damage before signing the delivery receipt.
