It's also not for vehicles over the per-deck ratings (9,000 lb lower, 7,000 lb upper), and it needs real infrastructure: a 6.5 in / 3,000 psi concrete slab, a 22-amp circuit, and 75-125 psi compressed air for the safety-lock release. A site that can't supply those three things isn't ready for any tri-level lift.

Important sizing note: measure ceiling against the 157.75 in columns plus stacked vehicle heights, the 110.5 x 241.75 in footprint, and confirm loaded weights per deck before purchase.
