The Challenger E15 is the step-up 2-post lift for shops that have outgrown 10K and 12K equipment but still want an efficient clearfloor bay. With 15,000 lb capacity, symmetric loading, heavy-duty 2-stage arms, and ALI/ETL certification, it is built for commercial truck, van, SUV, and mixed-fleet service where ordinary light-duty lifts run out of margin.

15K Heavy-Duty Symmetric Lifting

The E15 is rated for 15,000 lbs, with capacity distributed across four arms. That puts it in the right lane for heavier pickups, commercial vans, fleet vehicles, and high-profile service work that a 10K lift should not be asked to handle. If your bays see both passenger vehicles and work trucks, this model gives your technicians more room to choose the safer lift for the job.

2-Stage Front & Rear Arm Reach

Heavy-duty 2-stage front and rear arms give the E15 a 36.5" to 55" reach range. That matters on long-wheelbase trucks and vans where lift points sit farther out than they do on compact cars. The symmetric layout keeps the vehicle centered between the columns, while the arm reach helps cover the different lift point patterns that roll into a commercial bay.

Adjustable Column Height For Taller Vehicles

The E15 can be configured at 14' 6" or 16' 6" overall height, with required ceiling height of 14' 7" or 16' 7". The taller setup gives more overhead room for high-profile vehicles, while the lower configuration keeps the lift usable in shops that cannot spare a full 17-foot bay. Measure the lowest obstruction before ordering; Alamo can help confirm fit before the lift ships.

Jacketed Single-Point Lock Release

The jacketed pulley-less single-point mechanical lock release lets the technician release both columns from one side of the lift. On a heavy-duty 2-post, that is not just convenience — it reduces walking around the vehicle and keeps the lowering routine consistent across the bay.

Built For Commercial Shop Abuse

The E15 brings the details that matter after year one: a padded overhead shutoff system, powder coat finish, plated arm restraints and arm pins, heavy-duty polyurethane screw pads, and integrated rubber door guards. A shop buying from a box-drop retailer gets a pallet. A shop buying from Alamo gets a partner — we sell it, install it, service it, and inspect it. Call (817) 865-3707.

15,000 lbs total capacity, based on the load being properly distributed across all four arms.

Best For

✓ Commercial truck and fleet service bays

✓ Heavier pickups, cargo vans, SUVs, and work trucks

✓ Shops that need more capacity margin than a 10K or 12K 2-post

✓ Facilities with 14' 7"+ ceiling height available

✓ Buyers who need ALI/ETL certification for commercial use

✗ Not ideal for low-ceiling bays under 14' 7"

✗ Not ideal if most work is compact/passenger-car only and bay height is limited

Installation Requirements

Ceiling height: 14' 7" minimum for lower setup / 16' 7" for taller setup

Recommended bay: plan around a heavy-duty 15K bay, with room for tall vehicles and door swing

Concrete: verify slab thickness, reinforcement, PSI, condition, and local code before installation

Electrical: 208-230V, single-phase service for the 2 HP motor

Professional installation strongly recommended because this is a heavy-duty 15K lift
