Three things determine whether install day goes smoothly. If any one of them is uncertain, call us first.
Concrete
A lift at 30,000 lbs puts real load into the slab. Concrete thickness, strength, and cure age all have to meet Challenger's published installation requirements. If you are unsure what is under your floor, we can help you find out.
Electrical
This model runs a 3HP, 208-230v single phase drawing 30 amps. Have your electrician confirm the circuit before install day.
Air Supply
Air-actuated lock release means shop air has to reach the lift. Plan the drop as part of the install, not as an afterthought.
