Provide the column manufacturer, model, and serial number. Mobile column systems also vary by the control system generation, so identify that as well when ordering electrical or control components.

Crossbeams span between columns to support loads that are not carried directly at the wheels, or to adapt the lift to particular vehicle configurations. Use only the crossbeam specified for your column model and within its rated capacity.

That is correct. Columns in a set must be the same model and compatible control generation to synchronize correctly. Mixing columns across models or control generations is not safe practice and generally will not function.
