The DX77-EXT is a flush-mounted double scissor lift rated for 7,700 lbs, built on the same DX77 platform as the standard DX77-SURF/FLUSH but with one specific change: an extended ramp kit. The longer ramp reduces the approach angle so low-profile vehicles clear the transition onto the platform without scraping or bottoming out — that's the entire reason this variant exists, and it's the deciding factor between the EXT and the standard model. Where the standard DX77 gives you a choice of surface or flush mount and a slightly taller 74.5" rise, the EXT is flush-mount only, trading a bit of rise height (70") for a ramp built specifically around low-clearance vehicles.
