The Challenger CL10AV3-2-DPC-QC is the 10,000 lb 2-post lift for shops that do not get the same vehicle twice in a row. Passenger cars, SUVs, pickups, and light-duty work trucks all need different spotting. This lift gives your bay the flexibility to handle that mix without wasting time walking a vehicle back and forth to find the lift points.

The key is Challenger's Versymmetric design. It gives you the door clearance advantages of an asymmetric lift and the centered loading feel of a symmetric lift in the same service bay. The 3-stage front and 3-stage rear arms use directSPOT geometry to reach recommended lift points faster, which matters when the bay is busy and every extra re-spot slows the whole shop down.

This version adds Quick Cycle speed and dual pendant controls. With a 24-second rise time and controls on both sides of the lift, techs spend less time waiting and less time walking around the vehicle. That makes the CL10AV3-2-DPC-QC a strong fit for tire, brake, inspection, maintenance, and general repair bays where throughput matters.

It is also built like a production shop lift should be built: oversized 5" pulleys, heavy-duty 5/16" equalization cables, a 48" elongated carriage, fully gusseted base plates, plated arm restraints, padded overhead shutoff, dual rubber door guards, and a durable powder coat finish. The included 2' height extension helps shops with taller ceilings take advantage of more usable overhead space, while the adjustable width settings let you match the lift to the bay.

Bottom line: if you want one 10K 2-post lift that can handle mixed vehicles, faster cycle times, and real shop volume, this CL10AV3 Quick Cycle configuration is the one to look at.

Alamo sells, installs, services, and inspects Challenger lifts. If you are not sure whether this model fits your bay, ceiling, slab, or vehicle mix, call the lift team at (817) 865-3707 before you order.

Best For

Best fit: busy general repair, tire, brake, inspection, dealership, and fleet service bays that need one lift to handle a broad mix of cars, SUVs, pickups, and light-duty trucks.

Use it when: you want 10,000 lb capacity, faster rise time, symmetric/asymmetric spotting flexibility, dual controls, and ALI/ETL certification in a commercial 2-post lift.

Not ideal for: ceilings below 13' 3", vehicles over 10,000 lbs, or shops that need a drive-on platform for alignments or vehicle storage.

Installation Notes

Ceiling height: This Quick Cycle configuration requires 13' 3" or 13' 9" of ceiling height depending on setup. Measure from finished floor to the lowest obstruction, not just to the roof deck.

Bay width: Overall width settings are 11' 6.5", 12' 0.5", or 12' 6.5". Drive-thru clearance is 100", 106", or 112" depending on width.

Electrical: 3HP motor, 208V-230V, 60Hz, single phase. Have a licensed electrician verify the circuit before installation.

Slab check: Verify slab thickness, concrete condition, and anchor suitability before scheduling the install. A professional lift installer should confirm the bay is ready.
