Tuxedo MSC-18K-X-6108 — 6-Column Mobile Column Lift Set, 108,000 lb Total Capacity

The Tuxedo MSC-18K-X-6108 is a 6-column mobile single-column lift set, each column rated for 18,000 lb, for a combined 108,000 lb total lifting capacity when operated together. A Siemens PLC and electro-optical encoder keep all columns synchronized during individual or paired lifting, and the system runs on 24VDC output per column (charged from 100-140VAC, 60Hz, single-phase input) so it isn't tethered to a fixed hydraulic power unit.

Each column is easily repositioned with a pallet-jack-style wheel, uses adjustable lifting forks (range 12.6" - 22") to accommodate a wide range of wheel diameters, and includes an independent mechanical locking system with an emergency stop switch on every column. An LCD screen with keypad shows settings and lifting height at a glance.
